Tara Stokes is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Gough Recruitment specialising in commercial and civil construction across South Australia. She works closely with contractors and project teams to recruit the people who keep projects moving, from site and project leadership through to commercial and office support.

With a background in people leadership and operations management, Tara brings a practical, commercially grounded approach to recruitment. She takes the time to understand how each business really operates and what a role truly requires, so clients get candidates who fit both the job and the environment.
