Tom has joined as an Associate Consultant at Gough Recruitment, specialising in Construction. Having recently joined the team, he is excited to begin his journey within the property and construction sectors, helping clients connect with top talent and supporting candidates in achieving their career goals.
Prior to joining Gough, Tom worked in 360 recruitment with Michael Page, where he managed end-to-end recruitment across the Industrials and Sales markets. He also brings a strong background in sales and customer-focused roles, giving him a relationship-driven approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Tom studied at Liverpool John Moores University and has further qualifications in leadership, management and project management.
