Jill has 9+ years’ demonstrated success as a Senior Property Manager / HOD in end-to-end portfolio, pod and task based residential property management of up to 1900 residential properties at a large muti-award winning Brisbane agency. This understanding of various management styles means Jill is adept at understanding our clients’ and candidates’ needs alike and brings with her a positive energy and a can-do attitude.
Additionally, Jill has 10+ years at senior management level on super yachts and private islands and from both of these roles brings with her a wide-range of expertise in client relations. Jill’s passion for people and the real estate industry naturally progressed into the recruitment industry and she found her home at Gough with an equally passionate, supportive and driven team.
